DEMO

Gary Jones showed us how he makes wine bottle holder out of old wooden golf clubs. They were a good seller at the fair last year. It is a relatively easy project or at least he made it look like it is. So scour the garage sales in your area and collect the old golf clubs to make some for the fair and the kids. Thank you Gary for sharing this with us.

ELMERíS CORNER:

Hereís one from the July/August issue of The Family Handyman: Readable Ruler.

If you have metal rulers and squares that are hard to read because rust and grime have filled the indentations, brush correction fluid across the engraved marks. Let it dry, then clean off the dried fluid with fine sandpaper. The tiny marks will know show clearly , and you can skip buying a more powerful pair of eye glass cheaters.

Respectfully submitted,

Muriel Kummer
