At the December meeting YOU can nominate a member for the position of President and Recording Secretary, as both of the current officers would like to step down. The remaining officers have agreed to serve another year.  PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR CLUB AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SERVE IN ANY POSITION, JUST VOLUNTEER. THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS WILL BE AT THE JANUARY MEETING.

--With regard to the club incorporating, once we find a lawyer to work pro-bono, both clubs will incorporate.

--Marwin Feldman  discussed his relationship with “The Roycrafters” and their need for some of our woodturners to teach others and/or make some items and sell them there. To become a Roycrafter you must submit a photo of your work on CD in December, and they will judge it in February. If your interested, talk to Marwin.

--The John Jordan Two Day Demonstration at the Pembroke High School was cancelled due to bad weather. The club is refunding money to those with tickets. Note you can use the refund to pay your dues, talk to John Paulin. Hopefully the demonstration by John Jordan can be rescheduled in the spring or fall of 2007.
