Business Items: Jim Vasi opened meeting stating there are 20 members who have not paid their 2005 dues. Marwin Feldman will send out letters requesting payment within two weeks. Marwin will then send out letters to those on the waiting list to establish the 80 paid membership for 2005.
Jim Vasi thanked Jim Shimwell and all his helpers that distributed 400 toys to the “Aspire” group on December 14th, 2004. Great job!
Jim Hilburger shared that Mary Robins is recovering at home in Arcade. She is able to walk from one end to the other in the house and feels good. All should note her phone number area code changed. Her phone number is 585-492-4415.
Bob Ball thanked Debbie & Mike Hachey for taking care of the VCR tapes the last couple of months.
Election of officers was held after it was voted on and agreed to have only one vice president. The officers for 2005 and 2006 are as follows:

Demo: Jim Vasi showed all present the ins and outs of a band saw. He folded blades, adjusted tension, made a band saw box and showed other items you can easily make with the band saw. Thanks Jim.
