Bruce offered a bunch of ideas you may not have thought of

One was a sanding glove with velcro attached to hold your sanding pads

How about a homemade sanding attachment for the hard to reach places?

What about a foreceps held pad for the really hard to reach areas?

An ugly old bowl with a towel makes a great sanding holding fixture

Stable, repositionable, and cheap

Bruce did another session on shop organization ideas

A simple, inexpensive, tool holder for use on the lathe

Automotive silicone spray not only as a rust preventative, but also allows easy tool rest movement

An inexpensive glove makes a nice protective shield from sharp or hot chips

Magnets on a metal tray hold it and your wrenches and chuck keys in a findable place

Velcro strips on you shop vacuum remote control allow for attachment to the equipment in use

An on/off outlet for use with your additional tools at the lathe

Rubber tips on the thickness measuring device prevent scratches on your work

Cardboard templates for cutting out bowl rounds are inexpensive and replaceable
