A long tube is cut for the top half of the pen
The tubes are glued in with epoxy
Then the ends are squared off
After drying the parts are sanded

Brasso is used as the final polish |
The front half is assembled |
Be sure not to push the mechanism in too far |
Now assemble the top and put the pen together |
